The Langham Huntington, Pasadena’s “Think Pink!” Idea Sharing Program

first_img After a year of successful implementation, The Langham Huntington, Pasadena has gathered over 225 new ideas from its employees through an idea sharing portal on the company’s intranet, called the Think Pink! portal.The Think Pink! portal allows employees to share their ideas on how to enchant our guests through enhanced service and product concepts, and with new and improved signatures of hospitality. Encouraging employees to be innovative, the Think Pink! portal also creates an opportunity for employees and management to work together to elevate the guest experience at the hotel. Since its launch in 2012, nearly 50% of the ideas have been implemented such as The Langham Huntington Doggie Program, offering a host of amenities for guests’ pooches including in-room gourmet meals and doggie massages; and the availability of Dynamic Packaging on the hotel’s website, allowing guests to order a bottle of wine, rose petal turndown or book a spa treatment when booking their room.“The Langham prides itself on redefining hospitality by continuously generating fresh ideas and modern innovations,” said Michael Collins, Hotel Manager. “In that spirit, we are thrilled that our internal Think Pink! program facilitates and promotes innovation amongst our employees.”For additional information or to make a reservation, dial (626) 568-3900.
