Redlands wins in overtime

Daniel Markus added 25 points for the Bulldogs (16-7, 9-4), in their final regular-season game. CAL STATE WOMEN’S BASKETBALL Junior center Vanessa Wilt of Cal State San Bernardino has been named the California Collegiate Athletic Association women’s basketball player of the week for a fourth time. The Sultana High School graduate averaged 21.5 points and seven rebounds in two games last week as the Coyotes lost to Chico State and defeated Stanislaus. She leads the conference in rebounding (10 rpg), blocked shots (1.43 bpg) and field-goal percentage (.602) and is second in scoring (18.8 ppg). CMS/POMONA-PITZER MEN’S BASKETBALL Jabarri Reynolds scored 17 points, including five 3-pointers, and David Knowles had 14 points and eight rebounds to lead Pomona-Pitzer to a 61-47 win over SCIAC rival Claremont-Mudd-Scripps.
